Independent work on a next-generation dataflow runtime

Axonex is an independent research and engineering project focused on building a next-generation dataflow runtime.

The work explores low-latency, deterministic computation for complex, real-time systems. It draws on experience in large-scale financial infrastructure, systems programming, and computational architecture.

Axonex is currently in active development. It is not a product offering, company, or investment vehicle.

Status

Active development and experimentation. Designs and implementations may change significantly over time.

Work includes

Runtime design and implementation; experimental execution, scheduling, and state-management mechanisms; documentation and internal validation of architectural decisions.

Autonomy

Axonex is developed independently. Decisions regarding architecture, direction, publication, collaboration, and jurisdiction remain solely with the author.

Current focus

The items below describe active lines of work.

Support

Axonex welcomes voluntary financial support. If you'd like to contribute, email me and I’ll reply with options.

Support does not provide equity, ownership, governance rights, influence over technical direction, priority access, or guarantees of outcomes. There are no promises regarding future products, timelines, or commercial results.

Use of funds

  • More uninterrupted build time
  • Development help for defined tasks
  • Basic operating costs (workspace, connectivity, tooling)

Budget bands

Indicative ranges only. These do not create obligations or commitments.

  • Small: operating costs and additional build time
  • Medium: may enable one part-time developer
  • Large: may enable one to two developers and a small local workspace
